California Bank & Trust

Escondido, CA

This project involved the demolition of an existing California Bank & Trust (CB&T) drive-thru facility and the development of a new CB&T branch building with multiple drive-thru lanes.  Located in the heart of the new Mercado District, Escondido, this was the first project to address the newly adopted requirements mandating the use of a historical architectural character and a timeless material and color palate in the newly planned district.  Enthusiastically received by the City, this project has been held up as the standard for  new development within this district.
