Bonita Pad Building

Located with an existing shopping center, a vacant bank was the sole tenant on this parcel.  We were tasked with renovating the existing building to accommodate two restaurant tenants, one using the existing drive  through lane.  Construction is complete and both tenants are successfully operating.
