An extensive renovation project, the Longs Pharmacy (now CVS) replaced a dilapidated multi-tenant retail buildin, while maintaining space for one of the existing restaurant tenants.  With a much more contemporary architectural character, the project creates a much stronger street presence with a much-improved retail and dining experience.
